Question 1. Do Buyer need to Sign Up/Register to make Purchases?

No, Buyer can easily buy as Guest without Registering or Sign up. However, we would recommend you to register with us so that we can assist you with a better service and give you timely updates. Also Registration/Sign up helps us have your Accurate Information and enables you to track your order closely and stay updated.

Question 2. If Buyer buys as Guest, then how can he/she Track the Order or request for Cancellation?

The moment the order is created, buyer gets a mail about the confirmation and in that mail itself there is a link to ‘View Order Details’. When one clicks the link, they reach the order page and from there Order can be Tracked/Cancelled. -Also, there is a provision to call or write for any query/concern. -Cancellation of order is Not Possible if order is shipped/dispatched/picked up/ processed.

Question 3. What Mode of Payments are accepted?

We accept all Online and Digital Payments including Credit and Debit Cards, Mobile Wallet Payments, Net Banking, BHIM UPI. We also accept Cash On Delivery.

Question 4. Can I request to Return or Refund of the product?

Question 5. Can Buyer Ship Different Items in My Order to Different Shipping Addresses?

Buyer need to create multiple orders for different Shipping addresses
