The Site is owned by Bhawra Creations a Proprietary Firm incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at Patparganj, Delhi, India (hereinafter referred to as “Vedic Goods”).

Security Rules
The Services are not available to minors under the age of eighteen (18) or to any Visitor who is suspended or removed from the Vedic Goods site by Vedic Goods for any reason whatsoever. If Visitor is below the age of eighteen (18) years, then he/she is suppose to read these Terms of Use with his/her parent or legal guardian, and in such a case these Terms of Use shall be deemed to be a contract between Vedic Goods and Your legal guardian or parent and to the extent permissible under applicable laws, enforceable against You.
Vedic Goods reserves the right to refuse access to use the Services offered at the Site to new Users or to terminate access granted to existing Users at any time without according any reasons for doing so.
User is advised not have more than one active Account on the Site and is prohibited from selling, trading, or otherwise transferring his/her Account to another person.
The Site and the Services can be accessed either as a Registered user or as a Guest user.
However, not all sections of the site and Services will be accessible to guest users. Vedic Goods makes certain sections of the Services available to Registered Users only if he/she has provided Vedic Goods certain required User information and created an account and generated Vedic Goods ID through certain Login ID and password. General Rules
Vedic Goods does not levy any fee for visiting or browsing the Site, but Vedic Goods may, at any time, charge, modify or waive fees required to use the Site. Your continued use of the Website / Services after such change in the fees will be considered to be Your acceptance of such changes, and the applicability of these Terms of Use to such changes.
Visitor will solely be responsible for maintaining the necessary computer / mobile equipment, internet connections and other software and technologies that will be required to access, use and transact on the Site. Visitor may incur access or data fees from third parties in connection with his/her purchase and/or use of the services. Visitor is responsible for all such fees.
User agrees, understands and acknowledges that the Vedic Goods is an electronic platform in the form of an electronic marketplace and an intermediary that provides an electronic venue where various Users may electronically meet and interact with each other to engage in commerce and transact. Vedic Goods is the seller of the Products. Further, Vedic Goods does not guarantee, warranty or provide any assurance on the behaviour of any User of the Site including any guarantee, warranty or assurance that any User (whether buyer or seller) will complete any transaction or act in a prudent manner.
User shall use this Site, and any voucher/coupons purchased through it, for personal, non- commercial use only and shall not re-sell the same to any other person. User shall not use the credit/debit card or pre-paid payment instrument or net banking details or UPI ID which is not lawfully owned by him/her in any transaction.
The information provided by user will not be utilized or shared with any third party unless required in relation to fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order or in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy. User will be solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of his/her credit/debit card details or pre-paid instrument account or net banking details or UPI ID. Vedic Goods expressly disclaims all liabilities that may arise as a consequence of any unauthorized use of Your credit/ debit card or pre-paid instrument account.
User may not use the Web Site in order to transmit, distribute, store or destroy material
(a) that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offence or violate any applicable law or regulation,
(b) in a manner that will infringe the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights of others or violate the privacy or publicity of other personal rights of others, or
(c) that is libelous, defamatory, pornographic, profane, obscene, threatening, abusive or hateful.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its processes and their selection and arrangement, including but not limited to all text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, sounds and music (if any), artwork and computer code (referred to the “Content”) on the Site is owned and controlled by Vedic Goods or its licensors and the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, look and feel and arrangement of such Content is protected by copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights. Except as expressly provided herein, User acknowledges and agrees that he/she will not copy, republish, post, display, translate, transmit, reproduce or distribute any Content through any medium without obtaining the necessary authorization from Vedic Goods or thirty party owner of such Content.
Third party information or content such as lists of dealers, product catalogues, product description and specifications, reports on news, entertainment, technology and features, advertisements including videos, images and photographs of the products, links to third party websites and other data from external sources is made available on the Site. The use of such Third Party Content is for general informational purposes only. You acknowledge that the Third Party Content provided on an ‘As Is’ basis. Vedic Goods may not own / have the rights and title to any such Third Party information, or provide any guarantee with respect to the accuracy, title, merchantability, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose of any Third Party Content. Vedic Goods will not be held liable for any loss suffered by User on use of such Third Party Content.
In case of User visiting any external links to any third party, he/she agrees to do so at his/her own risk, responsibility and liability. Vedic Goods makes no warranty and does not endorse, any website linked to the Site or the information appearing thereon or any of the products or services described thereon.
Indemnity
The User unilaterally agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless, without objection, Vedic Goods, its subsidiaries, affiliates, vendors, agents and their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, suits, proceedings, penalties, interests, damages, demands, costs and expenses (including legal and other statutory fees and disbursements in connection therewith and interest chargeable thereon) whatsoever arising from or resulting from their use of www.Vedic Goods.com or their breach of the terms.
Vedic Goods may notify User of any claims which User will be liable to indemnify Vedic Goods against. User will then be required to consult with Vedic Goods regarding the course of action to be undertaken in defending such a claim.
Liability
User agrees that neither Vedic Goods nor its group companies, directors, officers or employee shall be liable for any direct or/and indirect or/and incidental or/and special or/and consequential or/and exemplary damages, resulting from the use or/and the inability to use the service or/and for cost of procurement of substitute goods or/and services or resulting from any goods or/and data or/and information or/and services purchased or/and obtained or/and messages received or/and transactions entered into through or/and from the service or/and resulting from unauthorized access to or/and alteration of user’s transmissions or/and data or/and arising from any other matter relating to the service, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits or/and use or/and data or other intangible, even if Vedic Goods has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
User further agrees that Vedic Goods shall not be liable for any damages arising from interruption, suspension or termination of service, including but not limited to direct or/and indirect or/and incidental or/and special consequential or/and exemplary damages, whether such interruption or/and suspension or/and termination was justified or not, negligent or intentional, inadvertent or advertent.
User agrees that Vedic Goods shall not be responsible or liable to user, or anyone, for the statements or conduct of any third party of the service. In sum, in no event shall Vedic Goods’ total liability to the User for all damages or/and losses or/and causes of action exceed the amount paid by the User to Vedic Goods, if any, that is related to the cause of action.
Vedic Goods, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, will have no liability related to user content and / or third party content arising under intellectual property rights, libel, privacy, publicity, obscenity or other laws. Vedic Goods also disclaims all liability with respect to the misuse, loss, modification or unavailability of any user content and / or third party content.
Disclaimer of Consequence of Damages
In no event shall Vedic Goods or any parties, organizations or entities associated with the corporate brand name or otherwise, mentioned at this Website be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitations, incidental and consequential damages, lost profits, or damage to computer hardware or loss of data information or business interruption) resulting from the use or inability to use the Website and the Website material, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not, such organization or entities were advised of the possibility of such damages.
User expressly understands and agrees that, to the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, Vedic Goods will not be liable for any loss that User may incur as a consequence of unauthorized use of his/her account or account information in connection with the Site or any services, either with or without User’s knowledge. Vedic Goods has endeavored to ensure that all the information on the site is correct, but Vedic Goods neither warrants nor makes any representations regarding the Quality, Accuracy or Completeness of any data, information, product or service. Vedic Goods will not be responsible for the delay or inability to use the website or related functionalities.
Vedic Goods will not be held responsible for Non-availability of the Site during Periodic maintenance, Operations or any Unplanned suspension of access to the Site that may occur due to Technical reasons or for any reason beyond Vedic Goods’ control.
Vedic Goods is not responsible for any Typographical Error leading to an Invalid coupon. Vedic Goods accepts no liability for any errors or omissions, with respect to any information provided to User whether on behalf of itself or third parties.
The Agreement will continue to apply until terminated by either User or Vedic Goods as set forth below. If User want to terminate this agreement with Vedic Goods, he/she may do so by either by not accessing the Site; or closing Your Account for all of the Services that User uses with Vedic Goods.
User agrees that Vedic Goods may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate or suspend all or a portion of Users access to the Site and block his/her future access to the Site if Vedic Goods determines that User has violated the terms mentioned in these ‘Terms of Use’ or any other Agreement(s). User also agrees that any violation by him/her of the Agreement(s) will cause irreparable harm to Vedic Goods, for which monetary damages may be inadequate, and User’s consent to Vedic Goods obtaining any injunctive or equitable relief that Vedic Goods deems necessary or appropriate in such circumstances. These remedies are in addition to any other remedies Vedic Goods may have at law or in equity.
These “Terms of Use” and all transactions entered into on or through the Site and the relationship between User and Vedic Goods will be governed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles.
User agrees that all claims, differences and disputes arising under or in connection with or in relation hereto the Site, these “Terms of Use”, the Agreement(s) or any transactions entered into on or through the Site or the relationship between User and Vedic Goods shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India and User hereby accede to and accept the jurisdiction of such courts.
Each party hereby irrevocably waives any objection which such party may now or hereafter have to the laying of improper venue or forum non convenient. Each party agrees that a judgment in any such action or proceeding may be enforced in other jurisdictions by suit on the judgment or in any manner provided by law. Any and all service of process and any other notice in any such suit, action or proceeding with respect to this Agreement shall be effective against a party if given as provided herein.

If performance of any service or obligation under these ‘Terms of Use’ or other Agreement by Vedic Goods is, or other third parties in fulfillment of any purchase or sale transaction (for eg: logistics service provider, fulfillment center, payment gateways etc.) are, prevented, restricted, delayed or interfered with by reason of labor disputes, strikes, acts of God, floods, lightning, severe weather, shortages of materials, rationing, utility or communication failures, earthquakes, war, revolution, acts of terrorism, civil commotion, acts of public enemies, blockade, embargo or any law, order, proclamation, regulation, ordinance, demand or requirement having legal effect of any government or any judicial authority or representative of any such government, or any other act whatsoever, whether similar or dissimilar to those referred to in this clause, which are beyond the reasonable control of Vedic Goods or its third parties performing such services as sub-contractor to Vedic Goods and could not have been prevented by reasonable precautions (each, a “Force Majeure Event”), then Vedic Goods shall be excused from such performance to the extent of and during the period of such Force Majeure Event. Vedic Goods shall exercise all reasonable commercial efforts to continue to perform its obligations hereunder.
Any feedback User provide to this Site will be deemed to be non-confidential. Vedic Goods shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis. Further, by submitting the feedback, User represents and warrants that
(i) his/her feedback does not contain confidential or proprietary information of himself/herself or of third parties
(ii) Vedic Goods is not under any obligation of confidentiality, express or implied, with respect to the feedback
(iii) Vedic Goods may have something similar to the feedback already under consideration or in development and
(iv) User is not entitled to any compensation or reimbursement of any kind from Vedic Goods for the feedback under any circumstances.
Vedic Goods may at its discretion, make any modifications or changes to the Site, Content and / or Services on the basis of such feedback, however Vedic Goods shall not be obliged to do so. User hereby waives all rights under Section 19(4) of the Indian Copyright Act, 1956, or other similar provisions in laws of any jurisdiction, in relation to any such changes or modifications to the Site, Content and / or Services.
