VEDIC GOODS CANCELLATION, REFUND, REPLACEMENT, COD POLICY

Vedic Goods assures Customer’s Satisfaction as your satisfaction matters the most. Please read Our Policy for the Order Cancellation, Replacement and Refund as below:

Cancellation Policy:

An order can be cancelled as long as it is not dispatched for you. Once the order is Cancelled, we refund the entire amount paid for the order (in case of pre paid order).
Cancellation is not allowed if your order is dispatched/shipped.
For Cancellation of order before they are shipped, pls follow the below steps-
Log in to your account.
Select the order/product you want to cancel.
Select the reason for cancellation
Click the "Cancel" button – the order has been cancelled.

If you paid using payment gateway or e-wallet, then it may take 3 to 5 working days from the time of refund initiation. Please note that this is the time taken by the respective banks or e-wallets to process your refund.
In rare case, if Vedic Goods cancels your order, the cancellation reason will be mentioned on the Order details page and in case you have paid for the product, we will refund your entire money back.
Pls note that if you have placed one order with many articles, then you can cancel delivery for all or part of the articles.
But if article is a part of the set or combo or clubbed with another article, then the entire set/combo will be cancelled. 
You cannot Cancel the order for Non-Cancellable items or made to order products etc.

Return Policy for Replacement or Refund:

We try our best to provide the good quality products, but in case any buyer is not completely satisfied with our products, we can provide a refund/replacement after complete investigation. Return policy on a product varies for each product therefore we have mentioned these on the individual product page itself for your convenience so it can be reviewed at the time of purchase.
  1. Request for Refund/Replacement if any, has to be made within 2days of the packet received. Any request made later than that will not be considered.
  2. Request for Refund/Replacement if any, will ONLY be applicable if product is received in damaged condition or broken and will be considered ONLY if supported with ‘unboxing video’ which can be created while opening the product packet and & proper product images to support the claim.
  3. The unboxing video along with product images can be mailed within 2days, as proof at – contact.vedicgoods@gmail.com
  4. To raise the Return request, Please login with your credentials and visit the My Account/Orders section. Select the order/product you want to return and click on “Return/Replace” and follow the instructions on this page. Return ID will be auto generated once the details are filled. 
  5. Once the Return ID is generated, Vedic Goods team will share a product pick up date and notify you about the estimated refund/replacement date.
  6. Request for refund/replacement can be made for a part of your order if the order contains multiple sub-orders or products. However, if a product comprises multiple items as a set/bundle, the amount of individual items will not be refunded/replaced.
  7. Vedic Goods will arrange for the Return product pick-up through its courier partner. However, in case the courier partner is unable to do so, you will be notified about the same. In such case, you will have to courier the product at the address shared by us. We advise you to use a reputed courier company which allows online consignment tracking. We would also mandate that you always take the proof of delivery (POD) from the courier company for the product delivered as we could require this from you before processing the refund or replacement of the product. Vedic Goods team will inform you after the successful receipt of product.
  8. Returns are subject to verification and checks of the products. Refund/replacement will Only be issued after the product is received and checked.
  9. Return request can be rejected if products are not returned as per the conditions mentioned. Also the Products may be rejected for return (for refund or replacement) if sent directly to without approval from Vedic Goods. In such a case you will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
  10. If the product received does not pass the verification and checks, the product will be shipped back to buyer and buyer will have to pay for courier charges.

Before raising the Return request (for Refund or Replacement) pls make sure that-

  • Product is NOT used, and is without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable).
  • The price tags, brand tags, gift-box and all original packaging must be present/intact. 
  • Unboxing video and pictures to be mailed for the proof that there is no mishandling of product.
  • If the product received does not pass the verification and checks, the product shall be shipped back to you.
  • Replacement is subject to availability of the product (size, colour, etc.) and is limited to one request.
  • In case the replacement product is out of stock, a refund shall be initiated.
  • If the price of the replacement product is lower than the amount paid by you originally, a partial refund will be issued to you.
  • Products sold as combos/sets cannot be replaced or returned individually.
  • Articles given as freebies/gift along with product also need to be Returned.
  • Products should be carefully packaged so that there is no damage during transit.
  • Vedic Goods will not be responsible for the products returned by mistake. In cases where a product not belonging to the Vedic Goods or not purchased through Vedic Goods is returned by mistake, Vedic Goods will not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and will not be responsible for its delivery back to the you. You waive any and all claims against Vedic Goods in this regard.
  • At times during promotions, the Returns policy may vary. Thus, always refer to the Terms and Conditions of the promotions running at the time of purchase. However, we always try to keep our policies flexible and customer friendly.

Once the returned product is received, verified and found ok, the refund/replacement will beprocessed.

In case of Refund:

Vedic Goods promise to refund the entire amount paid for the product, including any taxes that were paid. Freight charges, if paid extra will also be refunded unless mentioned on product page. 
The mode of refund depends on the mode of payment for the order.

  • In case buyer has paid by credit card, then refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and,
  • In case of payment gateway, the payments refund will be made to the same account and,
  • In case of order placed in COD mode, Vedic Goods will refund the price paid of the product through NEFT or RTGS or cheque in favour of the "billing name" provided at the time of placing the order or through refund coupon.
  • In case the customer has used any Coupon/Bonus while placing the order, then the refund provided to you would be of the price of the product excluding the value Coupon/Bonus.
  • We may request for information/documents to verify your credentials before initiating the refund.
  • If the payment mode has expired or is no longer valid, we will refund you through one of the modes mentioned above as agreed by you.
  • All refunds shall be made in Indian Rupees only.

We initiate refund within a maximum of 2 working days after receipt & verification of the product. However, it may take up to 7-10 working days for the respective banks to process the refund and reflect in your credit/debit card statement or internet banking account. Please get in touch with your bank directly in case of any delays after the confirmation of refund by Vedic Goods.

In case of Replacement:

  • In case the returned product is eligible for a Replacement, Vedic Goods will send the replacement product within 2 working days, to the same shipping address of the customer where the product was originally sent, subject to the availability of the stock of the product. Buyer will be notified about the same via Email/Call/SMS, with Replacement details.
  • No Replacement request will be accepted if above mentioned conditions are not adhered to.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  1. Cash on Delivery is available as a payment method for most of the products as specified on product details page. There may/may not be an extra charge for Cash on Delivery as mentioned along with product on product page. Buyer can see the same in the Cart and while Check out. Also the amount printed on the invoice will be the product price and COD charges where applicable.
  2.  If COD amount is not mentioned on the product page, then we do not charge extra for COD. In such case, the amount printed on the invoice along with tax will only be collected.
  3. Cash on Delivery is not yet available for all Pin codes due to limitations of Courier services we use.
  4. Cash on Delivery will not be available if the order value above Rs. 10,000/-
  5. Cash on Delivery is currently not available for Replacement orders if replacement product value if different to actual product’s value.

Please Note

Vedic Goods reserves a right to make the products ineligible for Return for refund or replacement, if we observe that the buyer have a transactional history of Multiple Return Requests in the past. Refund for returned products or replacement will Only be initiated if product passes through the conditions mentioned above. If the products received fail to pass through the verification and checks, the products will be Shipped back to the buyer, for which buyer will have to bear the expense.

Illegal / Fraud Transactions

Buyer will not be entitled to receive the product or refund or replacement of the same if it is found that any transaction(s) by buyer have misused or perform any action that is considered to be illegal, fraudulent, unlawful whether under any current legislation or not on Vedic Goods website/app.

Vedic Goods reserves the right to hold on to and forfeit such amounts received from buyer or to be received from buyer at a later date, or claim such amount from buyer against any taxes, duties, penalties, interest, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, orders, judgments and consequences arising from investigation or enquiry by government or internal to Vedic Goods.
